Letters of Recommendation for Cindy Barnard

We interviewed several real estate agents from Fayetteville and Peachtree City prior to listing our home for sale in May 2008. Cindy Barnard made the most thorough and professional presentation and we selected her to list our home. Her recommendations on pricing were realisitc and her suggestions for small improvements to better show the home were appreciated. Within two days Cindy had taken excellent photographs of the house and had our listing featured on the internet site Realtor.com. Her photos were among the best we've seen, but she also had a professional photographer shoot a virtual tour which was then posted on the internet listing for potential buyers to view. She developed an attractive and informative brochure that emphasized the most marketable features of the house. Almost immediately, she hosted an open house for realtors. Cindy used multiple means to effectively market our house and was available at any time to answer calls and show the house.

Cindy kept us informed throughout the listing period. She called with feedback every time the house was shown and updated us weekly on internet activity. Even in this difficult real estate market, we had a contract on our home at a very acceptable price within five weeks of listing the house with Cindy. We appreciated Cindy's insight and recommendations during the negotiating period as she worked on our behalf to get the best deal and a signed contract. The contract we accepted had several contingencies and Cindy worked diligently with us to meet those contingencies. She went above and beyond normal expectations, offering to meet an inspector and a repairman at the house while we were out of town in order to complete some of the required tasks. She stayed on top of the process to help ensure that the closing occurred as scheduled. The closing was the easiest we have ever experienced, with everything in order and no difficulties whatsoever.

The entire experience listing and selling our house with Cindy was exceptional. We recommend her highly to anyone buying or selling a house.

I would recommend Cindy Barnard to anybody trying to find a home. Cindy is a wonderful real estate agent and friend. She was very determined to find us a home no matter how long it took. She listened to our requests and found everything she could that we would be interested in. She never pushed us to like any house we weren't interested in. We were first time home buyers and she taught us so much about the house world and everything we needed to know and do to be on the right track. She was very helpful with finding people to help us in other aspects of the house buying process. She is a very friendly and caring person. We always had a chick-fil-a water waiting on us in her car. She helped us see things we never would have seen with out her. She would always ask about our families and other things going on in our life. She never got too personal, but she cared about us and our well being and she still does. Its been almost 3 months since we bought our house and we still hear from her asking how things are going with everybody in the family.
